Description:
The services requested as part of this award procedure are the continuation of software assurance as well as the acquisition of licenses including software assurance for Microsoft software products and / or the acquisition of online products from Microsoft, which Microsoft via offers the group program, in accordance with the conditions of the framework agreement (group agreement) of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) and Microsoft via a corresponding trading partner. The services requested as part of this award procedure are set out in the service description (Section 6 the tender documents) including the appendices listed therein. The technical, legal and organizational framework conditions are contained in Section 5. The West German Broadcasting Corporation Cologne (WDR) is writing a framework agreement on behalf of the following broadcasters and institutions of the broadcasting companies: ARD Capital Studio (ARD-HSB, represented by rbb), ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Contribution Service (ZBS), Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), Deutschlandradio (DLR), Deutsche Welle (DW), Hessischer Rundfunk (HR), Information Processing Center (IVZ, represented by rbb), Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR), Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), Radio Bremen (RB), Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb), Saarlandischer Rundfunk (SR), Suedwestrundfunk (SWR), Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) and Second German Television (ZDF).
