- Framework agreement for multi-sensory inspection trains Framework agreement for the development, manufacture and delivery of up to 20 series-ready vehicles in complete, functional, approved, operational condition for economical use in the company's operations of the client and the safe operation within the meaning of § 4 AEG suitable and designed for the period of use in accordance with this contract in connection with the respective call and in compliance with the schedule agreed with the respective call as well the delivery dates agreed with the respective call-off. In accordance with this contract, the contractor further undertakes to provide maintenance services, deliver complete vehicle documentation and ensure the supply of spare parts and delivery of special tools. Technical requirements: Vehicle concept: Vehicle consisting of: 2x driver's cabs, work area, social area including toilet, kitchen and changing room Work permit according to Ril 931 Transport of at least 8 employees Vehicle speed: 200 km/h in overhead line operation Train control: ETCS, PZB, LZB Train radio: GSM-R and FRMCS preparation Operating conditions: Limited operation on the Hamburg and Berlin S-Bahn network as a target option (e.g. Traction by towing vehicle) Track curves: ≤ 140 m (target).
