- Hardware and video conferencing system Display and interactive displays Accessories The aim of this tender is to provide the meeting rooms as well as some office rooms and multi-functional rooms at the four KVBW locations in Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Karlsruhe and Freiburg to equip with modern and future-proof hardware in order to meet the increased requirements for (video) conferences. For this purpose, framework contracts are to be divided into three lots with a basic term of 24 months including two extension options of 12 to be advertised for months. Lot 1: Cisco Room Bar Lot 2: Displays+interactive displays Lot 3: Accessories Framework agreement for the supply of conference hardware from the Cisco product family (due to compatibility requirements) and associated accessories for a term of 24 months with the option to extend the contract twice by 12 months each.
