Description:
The subject of the award is a framework agreement for object-related property insurance (named locations) of Deutsche Bahn AG on the basis of an all-having coverage (new value insurance) on the named German subsidiary and investment societies of Deutsche Bahn AG their object-related Can insure locations. For each of the insured companies, the same deductible and the same liability limit is initially planned. Both the deductible can be reduced against given surcharges and the liability limit can be increased.
Allriskach insurance: for every insured person Society is created separate registration. In principle, a deductible of EUR 10,000 and a liability limit of EUR 10 million is arranged per registration. The deductible can reduce against a predefined premium surcharge to EUR 5,000 and the liability limit against a predefined A premium surcharge to EUR 50 million per insured event for flexa dangers or EUR 30 million (annual maximum compensation) for all other dangers. The decision is made individually. Different deductures apply as follows: Machine breakage damage/interior Operating damage for inpatient and mobile machines: EUR 25,000. The deductible for simple theft is EUR 25,000.
