• Description:
• Framework agreement for the operation of emergency accommodation for refugees in the Munich city area The subject of the contract should be a framework agreement with several contractors for the operation of several accommodations (up to 12) for refugees (bidder group determination), in the form of a request for a weekly hourly quota of facility management (hereinafter referred to as EL) and house security and service personnel (hereinafter referred to as HSP) (for details see section I.3 ff. of the service description). Home security and service personnel (HSP) do not mean security employees. The contractor provides the staff to operate at least one accommodation. The number of personnel for the operation accommodation generally consists of 40 hours of EL per week and 224 hours of HSP per week (for details see section I.3.1 of the service description). The required number of staff to operate an accommodation is determined by the to the contractor within a period of up to 14 days after request. As soon as the client makes a retrieval of the framework agreement (in writing or in text form), the contractor shall provide this within 14 Days for at least 4 weeks the specified staff volume (see section I.3.1 of the service description).
