Description:
The subject of the order is the outsourcing and the extensive support of the DAAD SAP system landscape. This includes the SAP systems named under section 2.1 of the service description (Appendix 02), as well as several integrated non-SAP systems. The internal access to these systems takes placeOn the one hand by around 1,200 DAAD employees of various locations worldwide. In addition, applicants and funds of the DAAD and various other external groups of people use the portal for interaction with the DAAD. The utilization of these external users is sometimes strong fluctuationsSubstantial, at peak times, several thousands of the simultaneous registered users are common. All productive systems must be available consistently 24x7. The availability and performance of the systems according to the service level specified by the DAAD is by the contractor through a fine -meshedMonitoring of all company-critical system and application components safely and, if necessary, restored at short notice by means of suitable measures to be agreed with the DAAD.
