- the annually to be carried out determination of the necessary building maintenance measures and other construction measures taking into account the structural development of the property as well as the preparation / updating of the building needs certificate (BBN) taking into account the guideline for the monitoring of the traffic safety of structural systems of the federal government (RÜV) and
- various planning tasks with a focus on property planning, technical equipment planning, structural planning, fire protection planning and outdoor facilities planning.
