• Description:
• The IHP intends to award the relevant planning and engineering services to a suitable company in the form of a framework contract for a period of 4 years in the course of necessary adjustments to the structural infrastructure within the scope of conversions, modernizations and small expansions forgive. The scope of the planning services is estimated at around EUR 450,000 annually based on fee zone III according to HOAI. The scope of services includes service phases 1 to 9 (Lph 1-9) according to the current version of the HOAI at the time of the tender. The focus of the services is on the technical building equipment (KGR 400 ff). The bidder can divide the services to be provided into sensible service profiles and, if necessary, further subdivide them (e.g. for hook-up systems with flat-rate fees, etc.).
