• Description:
• Collection, postage optimization (consolidation), franking, transport and delivery of the city of Wilhelmshaven's daily mail and parcels. The quantities specified in the list of services are the expected annual quantities, Deviations of +/- 20% from the specified quantities are possible in later operation. Period: October 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2028, with two extension options of 12 months each up to a maximum of September 30th, 2030. In the event of culpable non-compliance with essential Contractual performance requirements may be subject to a contractual penalty of up to 5% of the net invoice amount for the month in question. AWARD CRITERIA The contract will be awarded to the most economical offer. The evaluation is based on the the following award criteria: price: 50%, quality: 50%. The quality assessment is divided into the following sub-criteria: Postal delivery times: 20%, quality and quality of the submitted logistics concept: 15%, offer of climate-friendly shipping: 15%. The evaluation is carried out for each individual criterion on a scale of 0 to 100 points. The points achieved are multiplied by the respective weighting. MINIMUM CRITERIA The following minimum conditions apply for participation in the award procedure: The contractor has an emergency plan in the event of loss of business premises.
