The State Palaces and Gardens of Baden-Wuerttemberg (SSG) would like a framework agreement for services in the areas of press service, online editing / social media, operation and support of the hotline as well as in the area of editorial coordination of various projects including the Monuments BW app. This includes all individual monuments of the state palaces and gardens of Baden-Wuerttemberg as well as the institution. The individual monuments are looked after by the local administrations. The aim is to increase the awareness and image of the monuments and the To sustainably increase and improve the institution, to increase the income of the state palaces and gardens in the visit and rental market and to increase the number of visits to the monuments and the page views of the website. In addition, customer orientation and satisfaction should be maintained be further optimized. What is crucial here is a high process and result quality and an approach and implementation appropriate to the target group (B2B, B2C, B2A) as well as the achievement of synergies (content and costs) for all contract items. In order to optimize the processes and content, an AI strategy must be developed.
