Description:
The State Palaces and Gardens of Baden-Wuerttemberg (SSG) would like a framework agreement for services in the areas of press service, online editing / social media, operation and support of the hotline as well as in the area of editorial coordination of various projects including the app Complete Monuments BW. This includes all individual monuments of the state palaces and gardens of Baden-Wuerttemberg as well as the institution. The individual monuments are looked after by the local administrations. The aim is to sustainably increase the awareness and image of the monuments and the institution to increase and improve, to increase the income of the state palaces and gardens in the visit and rental market as well as to increase the number of visits to the monuments and the page views of the website. In addition, customer orientation and satisfaction should be further optimized become. What is crucial here is a high process and result quality and an approach and implementation appropriate to the target group (B2B, B2C, B2A) as well as the achievement of synergies (content and costs) for all contract items. An AI strategy should be used to optimize the processes and content be developed. This must fully comply with the specifications of the AI strategy of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, which is currently being developed, while adhering to data protection guidelines, quality assurance and ethical standards. In 2024 (2023) the SSG published 453 (482) Press releases and conducted 37 (36) press events. Approximately 300 (270) pages were newly created for the website and approximately 4,300 (4,450) pages were maintained. 27 (25) newsletters were sent and 28 (12) competitions were organized.
