Description:
1. Initial situation and objective
The GSI Helmholtz Center for Heavy Ion Research GmbH (GSI) requires low-sulphur fuel oil EL for a delivery point that is currently being set up. The collection point is a heating oil tank with a capacity of 60,000 liters on the secured property of GSIat Planckstrasse 1, 64291 Darmstadt. The heating system for oil firing is to be installed by May 31, 2023.
The requirement for 2023 is around 120,000 liters and for 2024 around 240,000 liters. This quantity is guaranteed to be purchased by GSI.
The call-off quantity for this framework agreement is increased to 1.000,000 liters in total. Beyond that, no retrieval will take place. This does not apply to every framework contract partner, but in total.
The initial order has a volume of 60,000 liters. Further deliveries are planned in tranches of approx. 45,000 liters each.

To cover this requirement, a framework agreement with up to four contractors should be concluded within the framework of this tender.
The tender is evaluated on the basis of the pricefor the initial order of 60,000 liters of heating oil.
For the framework agreement, the contract is awarded to the (up to) four bidders who, after evaluating the performance criteria from the LV (price for the initial order). submit the most economical offers.
