Description:
The subject of the service is the conclusion of a framework agreement to provide a awarding platform with an integrated management system (VIM) for the BMV department authorities. and support a connection via data service public shopping. Functionalities include: a) Application for contracts for workflow -based electronic implementation and documentation of Procurement procedure (Management system) b) Procurement platform on which the tender documents are published or provided for companies and via the revision -proof communication between the awarding authorities and participating companies takes place c) Application/functionality or web -based access for Interested and/or participating companies for the transmission of the offer documents via an encrypted communication path Note: deviating from a) and b), which are exclusively cloud services, is also expressly the use of a client-side (bidding side Local) approved app.
