Description:
The LEA Hessen is striving to conclude a framework agreement on planning and engineering consulting services in the area of municipal climate districts as well as participation models to involve the population in selected municipalities. The framework agreement is concluded by orderand in close coordination with the Hessian Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Viticulture, Forestry, Hunting and Homeland (HMLU).
The content of the framework agreement is a variety of services for information, advice and support for Hessian climate communities. This is about communalPolitical actors and specialist staff in local administrations are presented with action and design options for integrating climate protection and adaptation to climate change as part of neighborhood redevelopment and the preparation of development plans. The contractor should use the selected commuprovide specific advice and support in the renovation or planning of areas. This includes both technical work and project management as well as support with participation formats, funding applications and recruiting and managing other project participants/servicesas part of the municipal projects.
