Description:
The subject of this award is the external provision and the permanent operation of an LLM-based chatbot, which was designed, technically implemented and already used productively as part of the DAAD AI pilot project. The application is based on an LLM (initially GPT-4O mini) and is provided as a browser-based SaaS solution. The technical implementation, hosting and ongoing support take place completely by the contractor. Access to the application takes place exclusively via the internal DAAD network (usually via VPN). The aim is to use a user -friendly To create access to a powerful LLM that supports employees among other things in information processing, text generation, research, automation of recurring tasks, data analysis, communication support and the creation of briefings.
