Description:
On behalf of the Medical Faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, the University Hospital Halle (Saale) is conducting the following tender: The Institute for Medical Epidemiology, Biometrics and Informatics leads in the period 202-2028 a nationwide, digital research study. The study is based on an online platform with web-based questionnaires on various health topics. In order to recruit study participants, potential participants are approached Participants by post. Due to the high total volume of up to 300,000 shipments over the term and the recurring waves of shipments, the service cannot be provided by the institute itself. The address details (name and Postal address) are provided by the institute in a structured form (preferably Excel format). No further address processing is planned. Shipping takes place nationwide as dialogue mail. The contractor takes over Complete production and shipping processing including postage processing. The commissioning should take place via a framework agreement with individual calls. At least 10,000 shipments are retrieved per shipping wave. Between data transmission and shipping is a lead time of up to four weeks is planned. The aim of the award is to commission a high-performance external service provider who will take care of the printing production, enveloping and nationwide postal dispatch of documents in the period 2026-2028 Study cover letters including Dialogpost processing in compliance with data protection regulations, on time and with consistent quality as part of an on-call contract.
