Description:
The provider's task is to support people who want to start a business in the pre-foundation phase on the way to economic independence/business succession. To carry out these services, external service providers are used to form a list of external business start-up consultants wanted. The provision of services is based on the respective needs-oriented development plans/start-up timetables and individual development potential of a new business founder and their start-up idea. Individual qualifying consulting services are advertised in the pre-foundation phase. For the service period from the entry into force of the framework agreements (January 1, 2026 at the earliest) to October 31, 2028, a total of up to 157 potential founders will need to be individually advised. The consulting areas and number of hours per founder are determined individually by the client determined as part of the individual call. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum of 12 bidders. The 12 bidders who submitted the most economical offers will become partners in the framework contracts.
