Framework agreement for the removal of traffic-threatening contaminants on roads and adjacent ancillary facilities in the North Saxony district, 2026
The District Office of North Saxony, represented by the Road Construction Authority and the cities and municipalities named in lots 2 to 12, intends to de-risk traffic To have contamination on traffic areas in the area of responsibility of the road construction authority and the cities and municipalities mentioned below cleaned professionally and in accordance with the existing current guidelines and legal requirements after traffic accidents and other accidents.
It is a matter of limited traffic-hazardous contamination on roads and their side areas, e.g. B. caused by accidents, accidents or other events, by released oils, fuels or other operating fluids from motor vehicles. The removal of other contaminants on and off Roads are also part of the service, e.g. B. the removal of extended shoulder material on roads.
