Description:
The subject of this tender is a framework agreement on the renting of motor vehicles by NRW.Bank for their locations in Duesseldorf and Muenster using a web -based booking portal provided by the contractor. The booking portal must be for all locations of the NRW.Bankbe uniform. In addition, the contractor has to provide a telephone booking hotel line. The framework agreement is concluded with a company. In the event that the contractor before fully provision for termination, bankruptcy or for another reasonThe NRW.BANK reserves the right to apply the remaining services to the other bidders / bidding communities in the order of the tender result up to fifth place on the basis of their offers submitted in the award procedure. The framework agreementcomes into force on August 1, 2025 and has a basic term until July 31, 2027. It is automatically extended by another year if it is not terminated in writing by NRW.Bank three months before the end of the NRW.Bank, but at most until July 31, 2029.Order volume is. EUR 300,000 net, based on the maximum permissible total term of the framework agreement of four years. There is no minimum acceptance of the NRW.Bank. A total of a binding applies to all individual orders based on this framework agreementMaximum bar limit of EUR 360,000 net, based on the maximum permissible total term of the framework agreement of four years. The NRW.Bank is not obliged to assign orders within the meaning of this framework agreement in the framework agreement (see Recital Refund No. 61 of theDirective 2014/24/EU).NRW.BANK
