- The tender is a framework contract for structural repairs to concrete structures. It includes repairs through manual concrete replacement in accordance with ZTV-W 219 Section 6, filling of cracks and cavities in accordance with ZTV-W 219 Section 8, and sealing of damaged expansion joints using a rolling bar and elastic joint filling and repairing OSV. For the period from the time of commissioning (approx. 12/2025-11/2027).
The tender is divided into the following lots.

The surcharge is per bidder Max. 2 lots issued. The basis for this is the price (per lot) from an overall economic point of view in such a way that the contracts are awarded and distributed among the individual lots in such a way that overall the lowest total order sum across all lots and thus the most economical award achieved for the overall measure.
The allocation rules for lot allocation are therefore based on the aspect of maximum overall economic efficiency the awarding of all lots for the client.
