• This framework agreement contains the general framework conditions for carrying out tree felling work, which can be commissioned by the client through "individual calls" if necessary. Such an individual request then consists of an assignment letter and an informal email/cover letter of the responsible clerk with the exact information about what is to be called up, as well as an excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of the City of Essen, since the scope and time of the respective service call cannot be determined in advance. The respective quantities are estimated based on the current order situation. It However, excess or short quantities may occur. The framework agreement does not give rise to the contractor's right to request a specific minimum number of individual requests.
