Description:
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of an RV for the delivery of brand-new mini PCs with a simultaneous initial call-off of 3,000 devices, including on-site maintenance. The deliveries are made to the offices of the (state financial administration) in accordance with the appendix "Department overview". LFV NRW shipped. The orders and invoice checks are carried out by RZF NRW. The duration of the framework agreement is three years. Furthermore, the client reserves the option to extend the RV by one year. As part of the tender, chapter B point 1.10 The service description defines an estimated and maximum purchase quantity. The expected estimated quantity of services to be called up within the maximum contract term is 3000 units. The maximum quantity of services to be accessed within the maximum contract term is 4,500 units.
