Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy (client), intends to carry out the safety-related inspection of mobile electrical equipment for all authorities, including field offices and departments in the business area of the DGUV regulation 4Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry to an external service provider (contractor). The order is divided into area lots (government districts in Bavaria). The framework agreement for checking the equipment in administration and office rooms as well as laboratories and the likend workshops should be closed for a period of 4 years (2x test cycle of 24 months or 4x test cycle of 12 months in laboratories/workshops etc.).
The right to participate in this award procedure for lots 1,2,3 and 4 is according to § 118 para. 1 Var. 1
GWB workshops for people with Bedisabilities and companies whose main purpose is the
social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people.
The prerequisite is that at least 30 percent of the employees in these workshops or companies are
people with disabilitiesor disadvantaged persons (§ 118 Abs. 2 GWB).
This restriction does not apply to lots 5-7, here the competition is completely open.
