Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy (client), intends the safety-related review of local electrical equipment to be carried out in accordance with DGUV regulation for all authorities, including foreign and departments, in the business area of the State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry to an external service provider (contractor) to forgive. The order is divided into regionalless (government districts in Bavaria). The framework agreement to check the equipment in administrative and office space as well as laboratories and workshops should be closed for a period of 4 years (2x test cycle A 24 months or 4x test cycle A 12 months in laboratories/workshops etc.). The right to participate in this award procedure for the loose 1.2.3 and 4 is according to § 118 Paragraph 1 Var. 1 GWB workshops for people with disabilities and companies, the main purpose of which is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged persons.
