Description:
BIM GmbH manages the urban properties of the state of Berlin and other properties of the public clients mentioned under Section 1. In the course of this administration, there is a regular need for procurement with regard to diverse services of free system planning according to § 39 HOAI.
Requirement There is with regard to planning services for open spaces and open spaces as well as correspondingly designed systems in connection with buildings or in buildings and landscape maintenance free system planning in connection with objects. The parties intend to work together for this purpose, to use the synergy effects and other advantages that arise from a permanent business relationship. The individual call contracts to be concluded are divided into the two subsequent categories: Category F1: Orders with a forecast fee volume up to including EUR 20,000.00 net and category F2: Orders with a forecast fee volume from EUR 20,000.01 up to and including the current threshold value at the time of the individual.
