Description:
Billebogen development company mbH&Co.KG, represented by HafenCity Hamburg GmbH, has been commissioned by the FHH to develop the urban area of Billebogen (approx. 95 hectares).
On behalf of the BBEG, the urban and landscape planning department of the Hamburg-Mitte district office (M/SL) and the authority The Department of Urban Development and Housing (BSW) is currently preparing its own development plans for the three districts (Rothenburgsort 20, Rothenburgsort 17 and Rothenburgsort 19). The functional planning for the SE district and that for the BB district, which serves as the basis for the B-Plan process are already available and are currently being revised for the NHB district.
