Information about the construction project - general description: The Federal Council building is the listed old building of the former Prussian manor house from 1904 with a gross floor area of approx. 32,000 m2, fundamentally repaired between 1997 and 2000 for the seat of the Federal Council. built, which includes additional office space and a visitor center. Property planning in accordance with HOAI for the simple construction measures and construction projects in the old Federal Council building that will take place in the next few years. Simple Construction measures include all measures that serve to maintain the structural facilities, including the technical systems (operational technology), the outdoor facilities, but do not include maintenance and inspections. the upgrading of the connecting structure between the Federal Council and the Berlin House of Representatives, the repair of smoke and fire doors, the replacement of linoleum floors and the revision of window sills and radiator covers.
