Description:
A framework agreement for 48 months will be awarded, which will be concluded with one bidder. The contract begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2029. From the framework agreement, the client can provide services up to a total maximum amount of 2,148,888 euros net be required. This value also represents the underlying estimated value of the order over the term. Once this amount has been reached, no further retrieval of services from the framework agreement is permitted. The possibility of a mutually agreed change in accordance with procurement law Requirements (in particular in accordance with Section 132 GWB and Section 47 UVgO) remain unaffected.
