Description:
At least 4 agricultural tractors are to be procured for lots 1 and 2 for the Lower Saxony state authority for road construction and traffic (NLSTBV) in Hanover. A maximum of 10 pieces for lot 1 and 24 pieces for lot 2 can be added over the entire contract period.
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods andd Services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (cf. § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can carry out further tasks for public-law users within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for prtake full ownership of ivat-legal companies from the public sector (cf. § 3 operating instructions).
In this area of responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) per lot for the delivery of agricultural tractors.
RequestThe Lower Saxony state authority for road construction and traffic (NLStBV) is responsible.
After the contract has been awarded, the items will be placed in the LZN webshop and retrieved as online orders in an indefinite number of individual calls.
