• Description:
• The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see Section 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can carry out further tasks for public law Requirements within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private companies under full ownership of the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). This responsibility includes the order the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 VgV) on the delivery of office supplies. The framework agreement should be concluded with a contractor who has both the technical part (part B) in the service description incl. can deliver the core range requested in the offer form as well as a corresponding peripheral range. The core range consists of the previously accessed articles and free text orders. In the future, the query of a so-called peripheral range will be used It is possible to procure items from the future contractor's portfolio that go beyond the core range.
