• Framework agreement for the supply of office supplies and small office equipment Framework agreement for the supply of office supplies and small office equipment to a company The delivery of office supplies and small office equipment such as paper, pads, labels, planning, Presentation, moderation material, registers and document storage, writing instruments, desk accessories, envelopes, mailing bags and accessories, IT consumables, refill cassettes for labeling devices/computer accessories, office equipment and accessories, Cardboard boxes and packaging will be delivered to around 300 different facilities in the city of Chemnitz free of charge. This means that delivery has to be made to city administration offices and facilities, job centers, schools, daycare centers and after-school care centers to the consumer's room. Individual orders can involve small quantities and these deliveries are made free to the point of use. No surcharges are paid for orders with small quantities. The experience from previous years has show that orders with a value of less than or equal to 25 euros net amount to approx. 35% of the total quantity. The contract runs from April 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2027 and is extended (in each case) by 12 additional month(s) if it is not 5 months before the (respective) end of the contract (March 31, 2027 / March 31, 2028 / March 31, 2029).
