Description:
The subject of this framework agreement is the comprehensive support of NRW.BANK in the subsidy context
a. in the conception and control of new funding programs (focus 1 of Appendix 02 service description) and
b. in application processing and application advice within the framework of funding programs (ScFocus 2 of Annex 02 Description of services).
Here, NRW.BANK expects within the specified legal framework - in particular the specified program and processing guidelines as well as the relevant state budgetary requirements (including the administrative regulations on § 44 LHO NRW) - the greatest possible independence in terms of organization and content. In particular, the contractor must train, instruct, control and monitor the workers deployed by it itself. Sovereign acts and the external exercise of administrative proceduresNRW.BANK exclusively reserves the right to make discretionary decisions or final decision-making powers.
