Description:
The need for tax law consulting services refers to the tax law assessment and support of contracts, initial invoices and other business transactions of the Research Association Berlin e.V. in close cooperation with the Justizariat. This includes in particular the tax law Appreciation of third-party funds, cooperations, events, donations and funding as well as the correct sales and income tax mapping of business transactions. Tax law advice is carried out taking into account relevant legal regulations, in particular the UStG, EStG, KStG taking into account the requirements of the budget, grant, association and community law law as well as the requirements in double taxation agreements. The following services must be provided :? Advice on the tax assessment and design of contracts and other business transactions, Especially in the field of third -party funds, events and cooperation? Support in the classification and tax treatment of income, including donations, sponsorship and funding? Preparation of short reports on the assessment and classification of business transactions?
