The subject of the framework agreement is the temporary employment of doctors.
Framework agreement for temporary employment of medical services
As part of the stabilization of the health north gGmbH (GeNo) outage concept, employees are to be hired out in the area of medical services to the Klinikstlocations of Gesundheit Nord gGmbH. The subject of this open procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements with suitable companies within the meaning of Section 21 VgV between Gesundheit Nord gGmbH (client) and employers, which in accordance with Section 1 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 AUeG as VerBorrowers provide employees (temporary workers) to third parties (borrowers) to perform work as part of their economic activity (employee hiring-out).
