Description:
The allocation includes the specialist planning for the performance view of technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 of the HOAI for the implementation of the measures described above for upgrading the IT infrastructure at up to 16 urban schools. The following 12 schools are already named and in 3 In summary of 4 school locations: work package 9 (includes: Johann-Conrad-Schlaun-Gymnasium, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium, school center Wolbeck, Pascal high school); Work package 10 (includes: Dingbingerweg location 80 of the Peter-Wust School, Annette-von-Droste-Huelshoff-School Nienberge, Hermannschule, Nikolaischule Wolbeck); Work package 11 (comprises: Ratsgymnasium, Annette-von-Huelshoff-Gymnasium, Primus School Grevingstrasse, Wilhelm-Emmanuel-von Ketteler-Verufkolleg). Locations of the same work package should be processed at the same time as possible. The client In addition to the locations of the working packages 9, 10 and 11, up to four other urban school locations can subsequently include in the framework agreement for upgrading the IT infrastructure there. The inclusion can also be included directly by granting a single order for the additional school location. The plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI and also the plant group 3 must be processed, insofar as engineering services are also required for the specialist planning of the air technology systems at a location. The commissioning of the Engineering services for the individual locations are carried out by individual orders based on the framework agreement, whereby an gradual order of the service phases 1 to 9 is provided.
