- The Technical University of Berlin plans to award a framework agreement on planning and technical advice for the technical building equipment (TGA) in relation to the buildings of the Technical University of Berlin. There will be 4 contractors for specialist planning servicesSearched.
Framework agreement TGA planning for the Technical University of Berlin
The contractor (AN) should support the client (AG), in particular the department "Planning Care Technology", in the exercise of its tasks as flexibly and quickly as possible through its service TGA planning.The focus of the activity is on planning for new installations, conversions and renovations during ongoing use.
For the services to be provided, these are services of TGA planning in the plant groups in accordance with Section 53 HOAI (as of November 24, 2023) and fee zones according to Appendix 15Number 15.2:
1. Wastewater, water and gas systems, including compressed air; Zone I and II
2. Heat supply systems; Zone I, II and III
3. Air technology systems, including refrigeration technology; Zone I, II and III
7. Usage -specific systems and process engineering systems; Zone I, II and III e.g.
