Description:
see LV Framework agreement transition/transformation IT services (RZ outsourcing) The municipal pension funds Westfalen-Lippe (kvw) intend to carry out the complete transition and transformation (T&T) of existing IT services from the previous one Colocation operation in geo-redundant data centers operated by the contractor as well as the subsequent continuous operation as a full-managed service. The T&T phase is delivered as a fixed price project; the subsequent managed service operation includes including data center operations, storage, network, security and lifecycle management of all components. The contract has a term of 5 years with two extension options of 2 years each (maximum 9 years). The provision of services has exclusively to or from the EU; The data center locations used must, among other things, meet the BSI location criteria, TIER 3 requirements as well as the requirements of DORA, NIS2 and GDPR.
