- Tree inspections as professionally qualified inspections from the ground, in accordance with the current FLL tree inspection guidelines. The tree inspection of large stands of trees/woody stands must be carried out and documented in the form of a negative control. each tree is individual and from all sides visually inspect the root, trunk and crown areas. the total area to be examined is approximately 24,000,000 m2. the properties of the lmbv or properties tied to a contractual arrangement that have trees are generally once a year, alternating, to be checked once in the leafy state and once in the leafless state. there may be a maximum of 15 months between controls, but should be at least 6 months. after extreme weather events (e.g. storms, wet snow, freezing rain) or accidents involving trees, the client can carry out special inspections for individual or all properties or in the event of accidents involving trees, the specific tree must be inspected. the contract is advertised as a framework agreement with on-demand services (contract). the commissioning and billing of services is carried out discontinuously as required individual order (call-off) in ava@lmbv. the quantitative specifications for the on-call services listed in the service catalog represent non-binding estimates. there is no entitlement to a minimum quantity or to the total quantities specified. there are no claims whatsoever for unearned income charges due to calls not made. surcharges (wug, bgk, agk) are only paid in connection with the individual call-off. the required services are ordered from the contractor by means of a written request from the client. the services must be invoiced based on proof.
