Description:
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can add further tasks for public law needs inside and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private law companies in full ownership of the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). In this responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VGV) about the Delivery of work boats according to DIN 14961 including trailer for the NLWKN. The articles are set to the LZN web shop and accessed as online orders. All departments of the Lower Saxony state company for water management, coastal and nature conservation (NLWKN) are entitled to access.
