Description:
The subject of this EU-wide tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a Broadcom trading partner through which VMware by Broadcom products can be obtained, taking into account a uniform term of 30.06.2028. In the course of the conclusion of the contract, a first "Initial call" is called up, through which the existing VMware licenses can be updated and expanded. Likewise, future needs of VMware by Broadcom products should be available from the contract, taking into account the uniform term. The framework agreement should be used for software use and software maintenance of the licensor Broadcom with the following content: - Software license Subscription and care according to the necessary license models of the licensor Broadcom o VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) o VMware Vdefend Firewall O VMware VSAN O optional - Added value services of the licensor-added value benefits from the contractor and, if necessary, optional services o license consulting (including provision of information on changes to the product list or the right to use product, provision of information on product windings and -NEUES) O Support in the license documentation o Support with the administration in Broadcom manufacturer portal o Provision of overviews on the acquisition of VMware by Broadcom Products from the framework agreement to the client of the contractor advises the client at Management of usage rights of the licensor and the framework contract for contract management. Furthermore, the contractor regularly informs the client about changes in new product versions and license models.
