Description:
The subject of the order to be awarded is a framework agreement with an entrepreneurial pool via the implementation of wooden backing as well as cable and secondary work in the forestry district of Gellinghausen of the regional forestry office: -Holzung: approx. 14,000 FM or R. (guarantee quantity: 10,000 FM o. R. / option quantity 4,000 FM o. R.) Cadalem and ancillary work: approx. 250 hours a year. A call to the individual services (positions) from this framework agreement takes place based on the need. Acceptance obligation for the quantities given by the client after the order allocation. the framework agreement with an unlimited number of contracting parties ("entrepreneurial pool") in accordance with Section 21 (1) VGV over the duration of up to four Years. included in the "entrepreneur pool".
