Description:
The investment and structure bank (ISB) intends to complete a framework agreement for the procurement of uniform hardware. The aim is to equip all existing inpatient jobs with new monitors during the term, as well as batches the existing notebooks To replace new ones and then to maintain a cycle of about 3-4 years for the exchange of notebooks. The accessories include keyboard, mouse, headsets and cameras.
Framework agreement for workplace equipment and accessories
The framework agreement is completed over a period of 4 years. Call orders can be granted within the framework contract period. There is no acceptance obligation from the framework agreement for the client. The client is not obliged to remove the full amounts of the devices. The ISB currently has around 400 employees with 377 inpatient jobs at 3 different locations: - 250 jobs; Holzhofstrasse 4, Mainz - 30 jobs; Holzhofstrasse 7, Mainz - 97 Working Places: BCM (Business Campus Mainz) All delivered devices must be factory -new and in perfect condition. A guarantee of at least 24 months on all products delivered is required. Extended business customer support for the notebooks is expected.
