Description:
The state-owned company SID acts as a central IT service provider for the ministries and authorities of the Free State of Saxony. The range of tasks ranges from the development to the introduction and operation of IT procedures to planning, operation and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
One The main task of the SID is the operation and further development of IT procedures in the SID data centers. This also includes the service platform of the Free State of Saxony with its e-government services that can be used over the Internet (e.g. Amt24, form service, payment transactions, central Content management system, electronic signature and encryption) as well as application and user support but also the test and quality assurance of e-government applications and services.
The SID is looking for service providers to complete or partially support the following Task areas.
The allocation takes place as follows:
Los 1: User support / application support
Lot 2: Accompaniment in project work / conceptual position
Lot 3: Application and business support
The contractor has the applications to be supervised and the end users in accordance with Chapter 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 of the tender documents. This includes in particular the following services:
