In the business area of the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry (StMelf), a variety of complex applications are used, some of which are developed and maintained by their own staff and partly by external service providers. The projects are controlled by the StMelf in Munich and by subordinate authorities, e.g. the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (Füak) in Landshut. It is often about the handling of funding measures, but also about the support of other sovereign tasks, such as the implementation of the property traffic law. Many applications must also be adapted to the changing legal conditions over the entire service life.
