- NICE wants to cover its needs for aircraft de-icing agents of types I and IV (according to ISO/SAE) for the years 2024 to a maximum of 2030 and to bind a framework agreement partner for this purpose. A framework agreement is planned with a fixed term of two years and two years thereafteren extension options in favor of N*ICE of 2 years each.
