Description:
The client is the responsible national settlement authority for the German financial market. In this function, it intends to support companies in accordance with Section 4 (3) of the Financial Service Supervision Act (Findag) with the support of or implementing provisional or final ratings to commission according to SAG/SRM-VO/CCPRRR, consulting and support services as part of the preparation and implementation of future handling measures or the application of structural handling instruments. The conclusion of corresponding framework agreements is advertised here; this Do not justify the contractor's claim to issue individual orders (no obligation to accept the client). Implementation of reviews according to § 69 Paragraph 1 No. 1 SAG in conjunction with §§ 71-73, 75 SAG (Art. 20 Para. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No. 806/2014, hereinafter: SRM-VO) or implementation or support for preliminary reviews according to § 69 Paragraph 1 No. 2 SAG in conjunction with § 74 SAG (Art. 20 Para. 10 SRM-Regulation). The lot also includes the implementation of reviews according to § 146 SAG (Art. 20 Para. 16 SRM-VO).
