- The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements for the rental of special vehicles along with typical rental services in two lots. Lot 1 with the title 'Rental of industrial trucks in Germany (Germany)' and Lot 2 entitled 'Rental of construction machinery in Germany (Germany)'. In each lot, the service includes the provision of the special vehicles in full service, the associated instruction in safe operation as well as the delivery and Pickup. The full service must cover at least the following points: Including arrival of the technician / Annual UVV test / Maintenance work in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions / Battery maintenance and functional guarantee / Free replacement of wearing parts / Wear-related repairs (e.g.: replacement of forks, tires, etc.). ----- The scope of services also includes the provision of electronic order and invoice processing. The goal is to work with as many different suppliers as possible It is possible to conclude one framework agreement per lot, but at least one framework agreement per lot. This is intended to ensure that the client meets his needs for a wide variety of types and versions of these rental vehicles from those to be concluded lot-specific framework agreements can cover.
