Description:
The following is to be implemented:
Advising activities: Advising activity with regard to the BIM method for all BIM projects for all phases of the construction project on Appendix ASSE II. As a result, a report is generally delivered in German by the contractor. The shape and theThe scope of the report is specified depending on the order by the BGE.
Checking/ testing of 3D models: As part of the planning measures, 3D models of the construction projects are submitted by external planners. Furthermore, 3D points clouds BIM
models of buildings and undergroundcreated. These models are checked for completeness, freedom of collision and other necessary parameters across all performance phases. As a result, a report in German is generally delivered on the part of the contractor. The shape and scope of the report depends on the orderthe BGE specified. Furthermore, the 3D model test BCF files are generated and forwarded to the contractor.
Create and adapt BIM documents: The BGE has sample AIA, sample BAP and a BIM modeling manual. Depending on the project, the AIA and BAP mustProject
can be adjusted. Furthermore, different other BGE BIM documents are created or supplemented by the contractor. All documents are to be created in German.
