BLB NRW is the owner and landlord of almost all properties in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. With around 4,250 buildings, a rental area of around 10.3 million square meters and annual tenant proceeds of around 1.4 billion euros, the BLB NRW manages one of the largest and most demanding Real estate portfolios in Europe. His service management includes, among other things, the areas of development and planning, construction and modernization as well as management and sale of technically and architecturally highly complex real estate. A framework contract is intended to commission a Component exchange/placement platform including the necessary accompanying services as a holistic solution for systematic advice, recording, planning, coordination, selling and carrying out measures to reuse building materials and components (products) from existing ones Buildings for the purpose of reinstalling Blb NRW are made possible. This holistic performance is of particular relevance for the BLB NRW, since it promotes sustainability in construction, increases resource efficiency and reduces waste quantities. The services include the following components: 1. Inventory and sales 2. Building services 3. Consulting services for circular construction 4.
