- Type and scope of the performance of call contingent of up to 500 hours of external services for operation, support, maintenance and further development of two discussion systems in the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB), with a term of 36 months (upper limit = 1,500 hours). Description: The regular implementation of conferences in the BIBB in presence, using two discussion systems provided by the Bibb and in hybrid form, with a connection to video conference software/technology, as well as the internal coordination with the organizers in Bibb suitable external service providers. As a rule, the events have a time frame of 4-8 hours. The client is not obliged to call up the full number of the hourly quota.
